Pros: the communication was excellent. We were able to receive responses very quickly. Also, an iron was dropped off at the location when we could not find one in the apartment. Cons: We were on holiday for several weeks and specifically booked this place in the middle of our trip in order to do laundry. However, upon arrival, the washing machine was broken and could not be fixed before we left. We found hardened chicken nuggets on the shelves. The bed pillows were flat and extremely uncomfortable, and we were giving a single towel to share for the entire stay...no towels in the kitchen or extra towels. In addition, we had trouble finding parking two of the three nights we were there. Overall, there is absolutely nothing "luxury" about this rental. Again, we appreciated the expedient responses. But overall, this was the worst place we stayed during our entire trip.

Great host, great stay. The property is very close to central Slough and the train station. I’ll be staying again!
