Downstairs, there is a FUN filled bunk bedroom, with two twin-over-full bunk beds, smart TV, shuffleboard, and arcade game. Upstairs are the four remaining bedrooms. Three bedrooms have one king bed & a smart TV in each, while the fifth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds & an private ensuite bathroom. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two and a half modern bathrooms throughout the home. Downstairs, the half bathroom has a sink & toilet only. Upstairs, the private master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The hallway bathroom upstairs also has two sinks, a toilet, & shower/tub combo. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods). Staying at Sabrina's place was perfect for the large group of people we had. The house had multiple beds (though some of the beds are more suitable for children) and bathrooms. It was stocked with amenities. The biggest selling point, as seen in the photos, is the massive yard and endless amount of games and activities provided. We played pickleball, cornhole, and basketball. The pool felt great. There were even games inside the house. For those looking for a place with a lot of activities but a little further from Old Town Scottsdale, this is the house for you.
Sabrina was wonderful to work with, and extremely responsive. House was well equipped (inside and out), slept our 2 families comfortably, and had every activity imaginable for our teenage kids.
All-in-all, a nice experience where we felt at home, and within 20 minutes of most local activities/restaurants/attractions.
We stayed here during spring training and this house was all you could ask for and more. Sabrina is an incredible host who was very responsive. She went so far as to allow us to drop off our bags before our check in time so we didn’t need to lug them to a spring training game. The home is spacious and filled many fun games and activities. I would recommend this wonderful home to everyone.
We had a really good time here. There are more activities to do at this house than we've ever seen it any other house before. We had six kids on this trip and they were definitely never bored! I don't think they even played with every one of the options. The pool was warm and heated and we had everything we needed for a good time. Being a new rental there were some things that were missing or not yet set up but I'm sure they will be addressed with time. Thank you!
