This cozy Bi-level 2 bedroom apartment is close to everything South Philadelphia has to offer. Located in an up & coming area surrounded by New Construction. South Philly is home to several Nationally recognized Bakeries, Restaurants & iconic The Italian Market. Wells Fargo Center, Citizens Bank Ballpark & Lincoln Financial Field are less than 10 minutes by cab. Don’t forget to get a cheesesteak while your here! 1st Floor - 1 bedroom with a full bed & a twin bed. (Bunk beds) There is a designated work area with a desk.

It was a great stay. Quiet neighborhood and everything was as expected. Even found parking right in front of the apt.

Check in time is very unreasonable, 4pm check in . Good hotels check ins aren’t until 4pm. When asked if I could check in at 3-3:30 it was a 40 dollar extra. Overall ok place. Ant problems in the kitchen. But we only stayed for one night, so thank god it wasn’t a long stay. Good communication with the owner.
Had a great time in south Philly like a diamond in the rough!
Hosts were very accommodating, and the space itself was clean and comfortable.
