The cottage is part of the Lander's House property located just 1 block off of Utica's downtown. Our cottage is located just one block off of Utica's downtown Mill Street. It includes a lofted king size bed, a 2 person jacuzzi, a pull out queen size sofa bed, a gas fireplace, Keurig coffee maker, wet bar with dorm size fridge and tv. As with all of our cottages relax in your attached screened in porch or hang out in the shared courtyard. Sorry-NO PETS!

We had a great experience! Bed was super comfortable, quiet neighborhood, location is perfect. Bonus was a delicious breakfast delivered to us! We will definitely stay again.
