This home has been completely remodeled to the studs. It is a multi- unit building but you do not share space with anyone! You have your own private space to yourself. It has its own onsite in-unit washer and dryer and the kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare a good basic meal. Great apartment. Looks just like the photos, with new appliances and strong central air/heat. Lots of private parking, which was what we needed traveling in a large company vehicle. The neighborhood seemed a bit questionable at first glance, but everyone around was friendly and the interior of the home was updated and spotless.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Krista’s! We were very happy with the location of the air bnb as there were many places close by we wanted to go to! The hosts were responsive and friendly. It was a little difficult trying to get into the place at first but the videos the host sent were helpful. In terms of cleanliness, there were some pet hair on the floors of the bedroom as well as a cat smell. It is also an older building so that should be taken into consideration regarding smells. Overall it was a good experience!
Place was clean and as described. Check-in was easy. Couple of minor improvements would go a long way: detergent for the washer (especially when host asks guests to start sheets and towels before checking out - does not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of these items), cabinet door hinge was falling off and we had to fix ourself to use the cabinet. Overall good stay.
Nice affordable place to stay in Utah!
The place was really easy to get to. There was plenty of parking. The home its self was spacious and clean. There are dishes to use.

This neighborhood in Midvale is in the process of gentrifying. The city has a lot planned in this area in the coming years. Centrally located. Close to world-class ski resorts, downtown, and the airport.
This is a quiet neighborhood but still very close to I15.
Uber and Lyft are both readily accessible and affordable in Salt Lake
