Whether basking on the terrace, exploring the nearby stunning beach of “Seitan Limania”, or delving into the rich history of the oldest monastery in Crete, the “Governetou Monastery,” guests can immerse themselves in a plethora of activities, perfect for rejuvenation and quality time with loved ones. The 120 m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 guests if necessary (the additional guests can be accommodated in the seating area on the first floor). Indoor layout Ground Floor Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves in a spacious air conditioned open plan living area which offers direct access to the pool area and consists of the living room, dining area and the kitchen. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a 55” HDTV with Netflix and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table that seats five guests and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. Lastly there is a kitchen bar counter and chairs complemented by a charming coffee corner. Lastly, one of the two bedrooms is on the ground floor. Bedroom 1: king-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with en-suite bathroom with a shower The bedroom also features a 42" HDTV, A/C, open closet, direct access to the pool and garden area. First Floor (Attic): The upper level features a relaxing seating area with a comfortable sofa, that can be converted to a single sofa bed Bedroom 2: king-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with en-suite bathroom with a shower The bedroom also features a 42" HDTV, A/C, open closet, and a private balcony with a delightful sitting area with views. Outdoor area The exterior of Villa Venetiko covers 380 m2 and offers a variety of facilities including: - A private ecological salt water swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access. - BBQ facilities with gas grill - Outdoor dining table for 6 people - Οutdoor sitting area for 4 people - Outdoor shower - Four sunbeds and two umbrellas for soaking up the sun - A daybed for ultimate relaxation - Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises Villa Venetiko is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".

Fantastically beautiful accommodation! When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the owners and given a detailed tour of the premises. Totally warm and nice people. If we had any queries, the concierge was available 24 hours a day and the communication was also very pleasant. The design of the house is outstanding and we were impressed by the love to detail. The outdoor kitchen is a highlight and the lounge with a view of the sunset is incredibly beautiful. There are also yoga mats, music box, Netflix access, stable WiFi, washing machine, ironing board, Nespresso machine, games, etc. It's all there! The house is about 7min. by car from the airport. Sometimes you may hear an airplane from a distance, but this did not bother us at all. The area is quiet and surrounded by local neighbors. We can warmly recommend this accommodation, especially for people who value peace, privacy and a stylish environment. We will be back. Many thanks for a wonderful time!
