The cabin sits on a bluff and provides excellent sunset views over Duck Lake, a seasonal lake, in the Whitefish Range. Sit back and relax on the deck after a long day of exploring! The location is ideal! It is 10 mins Columbia Falls and 20 mins to West Glacier or Whitefish. The Duck Lake cabin is a perfect home base and quiet getaway! Duck Lake Cabin was built in 2002 and provides a cozy and spacious living space. You will find a kitchen, living room, office area, bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. The upstairs has an en suite full bathroom and loft bedroom which overlooks the living area. The large covered deck overlooking Duck Lake is equipped with outdoor seating and dining for four as well as a chimenea. Whip up a feast on the propane grill while enjoying the loon calls, lake views and wildlife!

Beautiful, quiet cabin in the forest with expansive views of Duck Lake! Awesome porch with plenty of seating to enjoy meals outside….and watch wildlife. The cabin is an excellent launchpad for adventures to Glacier and within a few minutes of town. Everything was as described, impeccably clean and perfectly comfortable for our stay. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

Quiet community situated about 10 minutes North of Columbia Falls and 20 minutes from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park or Whitefish. The neighborhood is just off of the North Fork and is a collection of houses and cabins around three lakes: Duck lake, Bailey Lake, and Spoon Lake.
For the most flexibility it is best to either rent a car or bring your own. There are some Uber, Lyft, taxi, shuttle and ride share app options. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions.

One trip to Glacier National Park though and I knew this was home. I understand the importance of coming home to a clean and comfortable home at the end of a long day of adventure .
