In your own garden, which is very big, there are: - a gazebo with table and chairs, which is ideal for your al fresco dinners and so.. - sun chairs - private bowling alley - private barbecue (charcoal) - few garden games in case you travel with children! - also you have a additional private patio, just in front of the entrance of the apartment, so at the top of the external staircase end, arranged with a small veranda with small table and two chairs. You have private parking space, just next to your garden itself!! It's really comfortable. It's a quiet and safe area! We provide you remote control of the big electric gate of the property, so you are able to enter the property gate and reach by car the entrance of your garden where you'll find your parking space! Pool: OPENING: from May 1st to September 30th. POOL IS TO SHARE with the others eventual neighbors or guests of the others apartments which composed the farmhouse. Very big pool 20 X 9 meters. Depth: 110 - 170 cm The apartment: - large and bright Living Room with air condition. - WiFi - equipped kitchenette with all you need to prepare and eat your meals (oven, dishwasher, cookers plate with 4 rings, fridge, freezer, american coffee machine, italian moka coffee maker, stove, cutlery and so on... ) - a big double room. In the bedroom there is no air conditioning but consider that the house has big stone walls and this is maybe the most fresh part of the apartment so don't worry ;) Also we provide a fan for this room and if you'll leave the door of the room open the air conditioner of the living room is able to make also the bedroom fresh! - a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, hairdryer. - a mezzanine with a comfortable double sofa bed. Air condition in the living room and mezzanine. Thanks to the very large stone walls of the house the climate is really pleasent also when it is hot. Also for the bedroom we provide fan. Leaving the door of the room open the cool air from the living room also enter in the bedroom itself. Mosquito nets at all windows Washing machine in your apartment always at your disposal. Iron. You'll find in the apartment products for the house cleaning in case you'll need of course. Also we provide a bit of soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, olive oil, salt and pepper, but such stuff are provided only at the arrival cause we live 40 minutes drive from the property. In case you'll finish them you'll be able to find such iteams at all super and mini market or grocery stores. The property is just 3 km from the characteristic village of Casole d'Elsa where you'll find every kind of shops and restaurants you need. Also a small supermarkets, banks and petrol stations. In Colle di Val d'Elsa, about 10 minutes driving from the property you'll find every kind of biggest grocery stores, a super furnished pharmacy in Gracciano area. Here also a very good pizza! The entrance of the freeway Sienna - Florence is about 20 minutes driving from the property. Ideal base also to discover the Chianti area, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, San Galgano abbey! IMPORTANT: We remember that you need to have a car for a comfortable stay here. It's impossible to reach the property with no private car since there is no transport service and the area is not served by taxi, since we are not in a big city! The place is absolutely not ideal for young group of friends who are looking for disco clubs, nightlife and so on.. but it is perfect if you are looking for a cultural, regenerating and relaxing vacation! ROAD NOTE: To reach the farm you have to drive about 250 meters of gravel road. Consider that we have friends that are usual to come here with a ForTwo Smart car and they have no problems. Also we have normal cars and we feel great! We want to specify it just in case you have real sport cars which usually are very low. In this case it could be a problem, but not if you have a normal car such as a Fiat Panda, Fiat 500, Renault Clio or similar it will be super ok! The price NOT INCLUDE: - final cleaning fee: 70 Euro (IN TOTAL, not per person and not per day of course. Just in total) payable at the arrival in cash directly. - tourist city tax: 1 Euro per person per night for the first 5 nights of a stay (children under 12 y.o. free of charges). - only from November 1st to March 31st: heating is not included: 20 Euro per apartment per night.
