Pool is open from 1st May to 30 September. The apartment (70 square meters) is entirely developed on the ground floor of the farm house with private entrance and exclusive equipped garden with charcoal BBQ, Table and sun Umbrella. IMPORTANT NOTE: car is mandatory for a stay in the area. Not possible come here with transportation and there is no taxi service. The apartment is composed of: - a living area, a comfortable sofa. Furnished kitchenette where you'll find dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer, moka italian coffee maker, toaster, cooker plate with 4 rings, and all stoves, cutlery, tablecloths and so on. (At your disposal in your apartment also iron and washing machine). - 1 double bedroom with large double bed and wardrobe. - 1 small but cozy twin room with two single bed and small wardrobe. Not possible to attach those two beds (So consider maximum 4 guests: 2 in the double room and 2 in the twin room). Ideal for two adults and 2 children. - 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet. Hairdryer. At your free disposal: - private parking, just outside of your exclusive garden. We'll provide you of the remote control of the electric gate of the farmhouse. - stunning panoramic equipped pool to share with the others apartments of the Property. The most of the others units are of local people who don't live here and who don't rent their properties. So you will feel extremely relaxed and with an high level of privacy and sense of peaceful. - of course we provide bed and bath linen. You'll find the place already prepared for a comfortable stay. - washing machine always at your disposal in your apartment. Iron. - WiFi - mosquito nets at the windows - there is no air conditioning in the apartment, but the big stone walls of the classic Tuscan farm really maintain the climate of the house very fresh also during the hottest summer, you no need of it! - about coffee we provide the classic italian moka coffee machine (at the grocery stores you will find the specific coffee powder for the moka). - we provide some toilet paper, some salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towels, soap. Consider we rent the house in self catering and we are not a hotel. So if/when such items they will finish during your stay we'll be not able to bring others as we live not so close to the property, but 40 minutes drive. However there is a minimarket in Casole d'Elsa and others biggest grocery stores in Colle di Val d'Elsa. In both places you'll find everything for the house, not only food. Of course we will leave in the apartment stuff for the cleaning in case you'll need to clean something during your stay if for example you will use the kitchen often. Especially in case of longer stays. IMPORTANT: Pool is open from May 1st to September 30th! Pool is very big and it has to be shared with the others eventual guests of the others apartments of the mansion. However it is really really large and relaxing. At your disposal sun umbrella and sun beds. Pool is 20 X 9 meters. Depth: 110 - 179 cm it's really a large pool and you will enjoy an amazing view above the Tuscan most authentic countryside! ROAD NOTE: To reach the farm you have to drive about 250 meters of gravel road. Consider that we have friends that are usual to come here with a ForTwo Smart car and they have no problems. Also we have normal cars and we feel great! We want to specify it just in case you have real sport cars which usually are very low. In this case it could be a problem, but not if you have a normal car such as a Fiat Panda, Fiat 500, Renault Clio or similar it will be super ok! The price not include: - final cleaning fee: 70 Euro (IN TOTAL) payable at the arrival in cash directly. - tourist city tax: 1 Euro per person per night for the first 5 nights of a stay (children under 12 y.o. free of charges). - heating (When the season required it) it's not include and it costs 20 Euro per day per apartment.
