The apartment is part of a stone farmhouse of 1800 completely renovated, which is located at the top of a hill surrounded by fields. Stunning view! This spacious apartment consists of 2 floors and a 100 sqm private garden with barbecue, sun umbrellas and table with chairs to enjoy your alfresco breakfast, dinner and so! Sun beds and sun chairs also available here. Private Parking just outside of your exclusive garden entrance. Your garden is equipped with al fresco area for dinner / lunch with table, chairs and sun umbrellas. Also you have sun beds and charcoal barbecue at your private disposal. Pool size: 20 X 9 meters, depth: 110 - 170 cm IMPORTANT: Have a car is mandatory to stay here. There is no transportation and no taxi services. Nearest airports: Florence Peretola (about 1 hour), Pisa (1 hour and 45 minutes), Rome Fiumicino (2 hours and 45 min) and Rome Ciampino (same of Fiumicino). Car rentals agencies they are at all airports in Italy (need to be booked in advance on the web. And also around Florence Santa Maria Novella train station). The apartment: 1) on the ground floor there is a big living area with a comfortable sofa bed (French bed size), table with chairs and characteristic Tuscan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka italian coffee maker, and all the things you need to cook and to eat your meals! You'll find also washing machine and iron in your apartment. 2) on the first floor there are: - one Large double bedroom with wardrobe and en-suite complete bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin. - one Twin Bedroom which can be transformed in a double bedroom (on request, knowing in advance). - one Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin (located just next to the twin bedroom). - a mezzanine, floor gallery, with a single bed. However in case you are 5 guests, for the 5th person we suggest to use the sofabed in the living room. Free WiFi always available! Mosquito nets at the windows. There is no air condition, but thanks to the really extreme large stone walls you'll no need also during the hottest summer, as the climate of the apartment is always pleasant. However we provide fans in the apartment. Washing machine always at your disposal in your apartment. Iron and hairdryer. Note: We rent the apartment in self catering. You'll find in the apartment products for the house cleaning in case you'll need of course. Also we provide a bit of soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, olive oil, salt and pepper, but such stuff are provided only at the arrival cause we live 40 minutes drive from the property. In case you'll finish them you'll be able to find such iteams at all super and mini market or grocery stores. The price not include: - final cleaning fee: 70 Euro (IN TOTAL. Not per person and not per day, just in total) payable at the arrival directly. - tourist city tax: 1 Euro per person per night for the first 5 nights of a stay (children under 12 y.o. free of charges). - heating (when the season required it) it's not include and it costs 20 Euro per day per apartment. Usually in April and October (especially at the end of the month) a bit of heating could be required. Of course it is required from November to March included. The price includes: - bed and bath linen (everything prepared before of your arrival for a comfortable stay. Weekly change provided) - light pool towels (one per person at the arrival) - WiFi - private parking just next to your private garden and inside of the electric gate of the farm (we will provide remote control at your arrival) - utilities (except heating as written above) - the entire apartment and its garden at your private exclusive disposal - a private sun umbrella and sun beds reserved for your apartment in the pool area ROAD NOTE: To reach the place you have to drive for about 250 meters a gravel road which is easy to drive with no problems. Our friends they are usual to drive it with a ForTwo Smart car. Also we have normal cars. It could be a problem only in case you have super cars or really sport cars which are lower usually. With a Ferrari it could be a problem, but not with a Fiat Panda or a Renault Clio. Just to make you able to understand what we mean. The apartment can host a maximum of 5 people (using the single bed above the super small mezzanine floor, or one of the two sofas in the living room as sofa bed (as you'll prefer).
