Rich was an amazing host. Responsive from the get go, and had amazing hospitality. Will for sure be staying with him in the future. Any questions we had he was very quick to respond and help us! The pool was amazing for our toddler, the master bathroom was amazing. If I could give him extra stars we would. Book your stay with him for sure!

We loved our stay! Rich is the best host! He provided detailed instructions and was proactive in the communication to ensure we had the best stay! This was a great get away for our family, we were comfortable, enjoyed the amenities and were able to relax and recharge as planned! Cannot recommend Rich and this property enough!

I cannot speak highly enough about our hosts Rich and Dia. You can truly tell that they have put their heart and soul into this with family in mind, from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. This house truly feels like home and the endless list of things to do, not only in the area but at the house is perfect; from the play set to the pool and beyond they truly have turned this into a home away from home! We look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you both for making this not only an amazing trip for my family but a wonderful first expectance renting through Airbnb! I wish you all the blessings this world has to offer :)

Kids and mamas where super happy at Rich place during our spring break. The house is fantastic and the location very convenient near of everything

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our stay in Florida with two younger children (ages 6 and 4). The house was very comfortable, we felt at home right away, and the pool/hot tub/play set were great for the kids when we weren’t out exploring or needed some R&R. Rich went over and beyond with his communication/customer service and responding when we had questions. Overall would absolutely recommend!
