Utter disappointment is an understatement for the stay we had this place. Since we have already lost money and a weekend by booking this place, hoping this review would help others take an informed decision before booking this place. Privacy: The caretaker stays at the property till 6pm and so you wouldn't have the living space to yourself for the day. Moreover, he comes in the morning at 8 with his key without call/informing. Facilities: the common living space does not have AC neither enough fans for apt cooling especially in this summer season. Karjat as an area has frequent power cuts. This property has no generator facility. Out of the 21 hrs spent at the property, there was no electricity for 10+ hrs. No room's AC worked for that time It got so uncomfortable that we thought of leaving in the middle of the night. Food: the villa has a no non-veg policy which wasn't informed to us before pre-booking. they mention one can order from Zomato/swiggy. Not worth a stay except interior

Mesmerising stay, beautiful location. This place was very neat and tidy, its well maintained properly. Owners have spend money with heart for this bunglow. Swimming pool and it's water was crystal clear, and its surrounding lawn with beautiful flowers was amazing. In Morning as we got up we felt so fresh , you can see sunset and moonrise from one of the bedroom balcony. All bed rooms and washroom are very spacious and clean, kitchen is fully equipped , dining area is also very spacious. Its a must visit place with family and friends. special thanks to Bharat n Disha for being so cooperative.

It was such a wonderful experience staying here. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the tranquility of the place. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos, and the pool was a delightful addition to my stay. Bharat, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my visit. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. His commitment to guests truly was appreciative. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by nature, I was able to relax and unwind, enjoying the serenity of the countryside in a beautiful home. It was exactly what I needed to recharge and rejuvenate. Overall, my two days at Augusta Hospitality’s Airbnb were nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay away from the city but still nearby home.
