Tim was a great host. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean & comfortable. It was a short drive to Monarch Ski Mountain. We had a great time here!

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood. We loved using the Ninja Creami in the evenings! Lots of stairs up to the bedrooms and laundry area. The sectional in the living room was so comfortable! Would not allow early check in but communication was great.

Fantastic stay! The place was spacious, and kid friendly (walkable to a playground, fenced in backyard, crib, toys). We will likely be back, and it was a great location to easily get to monarch, but then still close enough to salida for evening activities. Also, the kitchen had so many appliances/accessories!

As advertised, a very nice space, felt right at home. Tim was very responsive with questions, instructions on how to get in more perfect. His instructions inside the home on how to use the space were clear and simple as well.  Location is great, just barely off of US 50 easy access to mountains, Salida and everything that Poncha Springs has to offer. Will definitely stay there again!
