Here are my suggestions ( which i have already discussed with Raj). 1. Putting Banner/Name plate of the stay/house from the main road ( easy to identify in the night/dark) 2. Fan regulator needs attention. ( always high). Otherwise, place is very good. very good communication from Raj ( on time). Always available over phone/email/msg. Thanks Raj for all your kind support .

This place is very accessible to main road and other places. Host was very approachable and helped us throughout the stay. Very neat and affordable place.
The place is neat and clean but giving it a 3 star rating because of the following reasons: 1. The location on the app is incorrect, had to keep speaking to Raj to understand the right address. This is difficult if you don’t have a vehicle and if you aren’t from Mysore. The address on the app is around 700-800 meters from the actual location. 2. The house didn’t have an AC - this could’ve been set out on the listing description. The amount paid does not justify a non AC property in the Mysore heat. It was an okay experience.
First things first, as a host, Raj was super helpful whenever I reached out to him. He always seemed to be available and helped in whatever way he could. Secondly and mainly, my family didn’t have the most pleasant experience here. The stairs being too high and the unavailability of a lift made it VERY DIFFICULT for the elderly members of my family to climb them. The place is RIDICULOUSLY SMALL for 6 guests. NO ACs- We did manage with ceiling fans but the absence of ACs did hurt a bit. ONLY ONE WASHROOM: For a second I was shocked to see only one washroom and that too of the size of a matchbox. My bad that I didn’t go through the listing in too much detail prior to booking the same. But by no means I would host 6 guests with one washroom. Washing Machine ON THE ROOF: The stay was on first floor, but the washing machine was on the roof. NO GOOD FAMILY RESTAURANT with veg options nearby The reason I rated 2 extra stars is because of how responsive and cooperative Raj, the host was

This property have close encounters and any type of loud noise is not allowed after 8pm including tv noise , music noise, talking and conversing loudly etc.
Highway is just stones throw away . You can reach down the lane . You can find lot of stores in the Parallel roads walkable . Parking is free and can park in and around premises . Make sure you don’t park infront of others house and parking shouldn’t disturb other’s vehicle passing by.
