To ensure your comfort, we've carefully prepared the bed with fresh linens and towels, ready for you when you arrive. We've also provided all the essentials, so you can enjoy a refreshing shower after a day of exploring our vibrant city. This place exists to give you a relaxing and luxurious sanctuary in the heart of downtown. Custom, hand built furniture meets upscale dark tones in one of Montreal's most sought after neighborhoods. It's one of our absolute favourite units and we're 100% confident in saying that you can't - CAN NOT - beat this place. This place is modernly renovated and elegant yet minimalist -Some of the furniture is brand new, some of it is hand made - but all of it is incredible and it all works together to deliver an experience that simply can't be topped. But an apartment is more than its furnishings. For example, it's the wall to wall windows to get you your daily allotment of Vitamin D. And the more than ample storage space so that when you arrive, you can (if you like) put your luggage away and really kick up your feet and feel right at home.

I had a quick, but great stay here! I would definitely recommend to a friend looking for a place in downtown Montreal
This place is in a great location. Walkable to downtown and lot of other happening places. I expected the place to be little neat. The washroom was not cleaned properly when we arrived, but Erol was able to fox it quickly. Place didn’t seem to be very neat compared to the pictures. Otherwise Erol was great host and addressed queries promptly.
Great communication from Erol and Jay before and during the stay. Self-check-in was easy. I was a bit concerned when I arrived at the older apartment building as the front steps need repair, the foyer carpeting is damaged and dirty, etc. The small apartment is steps from the front door so no elevator is needed. They freshened the apartment with paint, updated bathroom fixtures, and have some newer furniture. There is a big window overlooking the back laneway where a few cars are parked. There is a constant hum in the apartment as it is next to a utility room; this may bother some. The fridge also whines but this should be fixable by host. The coffee maker was good; large TV with Disney ch; I didn't use the stove, dishes, or cooking utensils so can't comment on these. The bed is soft and lumpy so if you need a firm mattress, it is not for you. If the price of this apartment stays below others in the area then it is a good option if you want something basic in an older bldg.
Erol and Jay were responsive and made it easy and convenient to check in. The apartment is walkable and is quite close to Place-Des-Arts subway station to connect to the rest of Montreal’s subway system. The apartment is also not far at all from Parc du Mont Royal. The basic necessities were provided. It met our expectations.

Being in such a central location is magnificent. You're at the foot of the mountain, but you're only a couple minutes from Sainte Catherine street. Mile End and our famous bagels are due north and world famous St Laurent is a few minutes east. No matter your fancy, it'll be well tickled from this space.
The metro station Place des Arts will be your home base at about a five minute walk from the flat. From there, the green line is all yours. If you wanna head north to the plateau, you can grab the 24 on Sherbrooke and disembark in three minutes (five if it's rush hour) at Saint Laurent and either make the leisurely stroll north, or grab the 55 if you've got a specific destination in mind. If Mile End and the bagels found therein tickles your fancy, it's just a few steps east toward Parc to grab the 80 north. And there's a Bixi stand (a city wide bike rental company) super close to the apartment, just off the corner of Hutchinson & Sherbrooke. And of course, Montreal is one of the most walkable cities in the world, so if you've got a comfy pair of kicks, you're all set!

Erol & Jaysen are both recent McGill & Concordia graduates who share a passion for both design and customer service. In late 2014, Erol and his friend Tyler decided to use these passions in order to provide the best Airbnb experience around. Jaysen joined the team in 2016 and Tyler has since moved back out to western Canada :] Erol moved to Montreal as a young child and has made it his mission to know Montreal inside and out. Anything you could possibly want to see, Erol knows how to find it or at the very least, knows someone who knows how to find it. Erol has a bachelors degree in economics and has dabbled with actuarial sciences. Jaysen is a native Montrealer. He's currently taking a pause from his masters in philosophy at Concordia, and has a strong knowledge of computer science. He loves biking, reading and expanding his ever growing culinary palette.
