I loved the location. Everything was clean and comfy. Right next to the apartment you could visit a park (+out door gym) and have an amazing view of nyc. The bus stop is close too. I enjoyed my short stay and would visit again.

Very clean accommodation, and the location is just great, only 25 minutes by bus to Times Square. Also, Ben was so nice by helping me to check in two hours earlier before the actual check-in timing . Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Stayed there for nearly 5 days, it is a very convenient location where you can catch a bus to New York City about a 1 minute walk away for like a few dollars only, that takes only 15 minutes to get there. Had 2 bathrooms too. Ben was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.
