This home offers an ideal location with incomparable views of the Animas River Valley, and immediate access to the resort area without having to drive through town to get to trails, national forest land and the ski area. The Durango Trolley stops right in front of the home every 20 minutes making it convenient to get downtown without having to drive or park and the tourist train (Durango Silverton Railroad) passes the right by the townhome. The kitchen features high end appliances and there is central AC for the occasional warm summer days. There is 1 parking spot available in the garage with an additional parking space in front of garage (parallel) or right across from the townhome are numerous guest parking spots which are always available. The TVs in the Main Living Space and Master Bedroom have cable and streaming capability while the TV in he queen bedroom has streaming capability.
