I had booked & paid for a place quite a bit in advance March 3rd for a March 21st stay & paid in full & had confirmation. Then a company, Hopewell (not the couple I thought I was dealing with)messaged to say it had been double booked. Don’t know why it had to be me & not the other double booked client that had to forfeit the place and go elsewhere mere days before my stay and I was already travelling and had little choice. The place I stayed was nice. Clean place but serious mould on the bedroom curtains. Otherwise it was lovely. Good kitchen. So my review is not actually for the place I booked & paid for with Will & Rhian but another property hosted by a company.

All great apart from some misunderstandings around communication which I think is driven by the fact I had to communicate with what seemed to be an agency. Because of the cold I think the bathroom towel radiator should be mended. Overall a very pleasant flat.

The only issue was that the towel rail in the bathroom does not work rendering that room freezing cold
