Lovely stay in this characterful cottage near the coast. Very close to both Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, the beach is only a few mins away. Beds are super comfortable, and there’s loads of space. Enjoyed having a switch for evening Mario kart races. The layout is quirky in a good way, and there’s everything you need here. Hot tub has a nice view as well.

Wow! My partner and I spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it. The cottage was so quaint and situated so well. We spent the weekend visiting the local beaches and towns. We did one walk from the cottage up over the fields and saw the most amazing view of the sea, before heading along the coast down into ilfracombe for a tasty hockings ice cream. The beds were cosy, the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was such a treat. We spent every evening enjoying the view from the hot tub. Would recommended to stay here! It was an amazing countryside get away.

I had such a good stay, so many lovely walks near by including a beautiful old rail line walk (the Tarka Trail) leading to a reservoir and a fishing lake 3 minutes from the home. The house itself is really nice, a cottage feel but with plenty of mod-cons (who doesn’t love playing a game of Mario Cart!) and of course the hot-tub and Weber BBQ! So close to the local town, Ilfracombe to go and see Damien Hursts’ Verity with some fish and chips. Host was very flexible and responsive. Great stay, would come again.

Honestly the cottage was fantastic! The garden was stunning and we had a great time using the hot tub and facilities. The house has a very relaxing atmosphere, along with loads of hidden gems hidden around it. It was also just a 10 minute walk from the most insane coastal path I’ve ever seen! We will be back again!
