The house was great!
The house was really nice. Updated, modern kitchen with amazing appliances. It had ample space for sleeping. 3 bedrooms with a bed for two, and a gorgeous pullout sofa bed. However, if you want to eat there, that's a little tricky. We had a party of 9, but there are only 4 plates and 3 bowls, etc. There's a lovely patio, but no seating to enjoy it. Last, but not least, THE STEPS! It is almost a "conversation pit" style living room with a steep down from the entry, and a steep back up to the kitchen. It isn't having to go up and down the steps that is the issue. The issue is the second step doesn't go all the way across like the first drop does. It is very dangerous! Of all the kids, it was my husband that ended up getting hurt; A disabled vet with cancer. Stepped down at the part where there was no step. He twisted his back and busted his knee. No matter how beautiful it is or what a good price it is, safety is more important for my family, so we will not be returning to this rental.
Amazing experience! Evolve responded back respectfully and quickly and addressed all needs. They were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend.
