We had a great stay. Beautiful house in a super location - very close to DC. Very quiet and the house is huge! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the tools and appliances you'd need. Our only niggles were there weren't dishcloths (sponge only) or extra washcloths (one person person, plus makeup cloth). Otherwise, everything was lovely and just as described.

The house was a great size and felt larger than it appears on the exterior. It comfortably housed my family of 6 with everyone having their own quarters and privacy. Conveniently located nearby numerous dining options. I would rent this place again.

Velvet graciously accommodated our last minute extended stay when we were displaced during our home renovation project. The neighborhood is friendly, house is clean and well stocked and we were comfortable there with our four kids and dog. A minor maintenance issue was taken care of within the hour. Thanks Velvet!

My fiancé, parents, grandmother, and younger brother were so comfortable here . We felt so at home, our host was great, and photos reflected the space perfectly. I would recommend anyone book this home!
