We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back. The property is so spacious as we were travelling in a group of 4 families it was just perfect. the fire pit was just perfect for cold winters nights. Liss was a great host, proactive and always responsive.
I would highly recommend Macquarie Manor to groups or family groups. It was well laid out with plenty of equipment and room to be in the house with 12 people. The outdoor area is perfect and the two lounge areas even better. An extra TV in either the master bedroom or the dining room would potentially come in handy if travelling with large groups and different tastes. The location is close enough to Mudgee in a quiet street. Also near by wineries everything seemed within a 10 minute drive. The kitchen was well equipped with glass and plastic drinkware/plates etc with all appliances in good working order. The host provided a great resource prior to check in detailing house information indoors and out. Recommend you plan to take your own wood (outdoor fire) or Bliss will provide some delivered at a cost. A great place to stay when in Mudgee with family or a group of friends!
Bliss Stays Mudgee was fantastic for our group over the Easter weekend. Great access to the local vineyards with recommendations plentiful. A beautiful home to cook with each other and relax in the day and evening. I would highly recommend.
We had a fabulous time at our Bliss Stays accommodation. I had booked an alternate Airbnb for my Dad’s 60th, but on the day of check-in Bliss called to inform us of a plumbing issue at our booked accommodation. Bliss handled the situation perfectly - she was clear, communicative, and quickly suggested a variety of other properties that suited our needs. We chose this one and ended up having a fantastic time. I’ve never used accommodation that felt cleaner - I was actually blown away by the cleanliness of the floors and linens. The pool was lovely and the backyard is a fantastic space to socialise. The kitchen amenities were well-organised and it was great to have the option of the fire pit in the evenings. The neighbourhood was quiet and just a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to the main street of Mudgee, which was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this Airbnb (and probably any other Airbnb managed by Bliss Stays). Thanks for a wonderful family weekend away, Bliss!
