I booked this hotel through Airbnb. Upon arrival I was told that I would not get my room unless I paid a security deposit, which I have never had to do on Airbnb, but it was the only place that I would be able to stay at the moment, so I went ahead and paid it, unfortunately the woman did not tell me that there was a remaining balance. Apparently there was some kind of communication problems with my payment to Airbnb and them so I was charged for over $600 on top of the Airbnb charge. eventually upon check out after multiple phone calls and communications with Airbnb and back-and-forth with the hotel. I was able to get a refund that took days Aside from wasting time on my vacation, the room was fine.
