Lance was a great host. Communication was spot on from booking to departure. The arrival instructions were clear and concise and, when we had a slight problem gaining entry, Lance was on hand to help us out. The accommodation is beautiful. Nicely decorated and really well equipped. Although we didn’t spend much time in the accommodation as we were meeting friends nearby, there would have been everything we might need in the apartment. James Island is a convenient location for Charleston and its many attractions. We can thoroughly recommend Lance & Samantha’s place.

We really enjoyed staying at this AirBnB! The space is beautiful and had all the basics needed. The bed was extremely comfortable with a plush topper and the perfect firmness. We had a small issue unlocking the door when we got there (our error) and Lance was quick to answer and help us out. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Charleston area!

This was the perfect space for a quick trip to mount pleasant. Very close to downtown Charleston. The space was very comfortable; and had everything you would need. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the Charleston area!
