The spacious balcony has a round table with four chairs and another two chairs with a side table. We are onsite daily in the mornings setting up, prepping lounge chairs, cleaning tables, and addressing all common area needs ready for you to make the most of your day. Guest access Self-Check-In with Keyless Door Code House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM) 5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment on sand overnight. Parking: This unit provides 1 Tandem parking space (one car in front of the other) that can fit 2 cars. Condo numbers are on the front of the building as you pull into the carport.
