Welcome! These apartments are on the third floor of a modern building near Santa Maria Novella train station, along Viale Belfiore, next to a stop of the Florence tram. In a modern, cheerful style that combines simplicity with comfort for a pleasant stay. From here, it will be easy for you to move around and explore Florence, saving you the confusion and crowds of the historic center and experiencing the city more like a local than a tourist! Excellent starting point to move around Florence or the surrounding areas. The proximity to the train station or tram allows you to easily move around with public transport or leave your car outside the city center. Car parking in the streets around the house is only allowed with a permit that you can also purchase online, ask us for information! Otherwise, you can use nearby garages, a more expensive but safer solution. City mobility apps also make this a logistically perfect location; if you love walking instead, a 20-minute walk will take you to the Duomo, which is a mile and a half away. The elevator takes you to the third floor, you access a first door with a shared entrance, after which you find the two apartments, the door in front is Belfiore apartment 1 and the door on the right is Belfiore apartment 2. The apartments have WIFI, a washing machine, and A/C. Apartment 1. Completely at your disposal, WiFi available in every room and consists of: Entrance into the living room with a double sofa bed, with a kitchenette, the kitchen is fully equipped, a washing machine, and an oven. A double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony with a table and chairs, and a bathroom with a large shower and sanitary facilities. Apartment 2. Very bright, with a portable air conditioning unit in the living area. The house overlooks a street, so for those with lighter sleep, earplugs are recommended, which we provide free of charge upon request! There is a washing machine and the kitchen is equipped with the basics to prepare Tuscan lunches or dinners! A microwave is also provided. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed for two guests, a television, a dining table for 4 people, and a large bright window. The bedroom has a large wardrobe suitable for even long stays and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has cozy lighting; it is equipped with a large shower and a bidet; you will find a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo, towels.
