The property is located across Ayala Malls Balintawak. Accessible to major roads such as EDSA and A. Bonifacio Avenue; with access point via express ways going north and south of Manila.
It is 8 minutes away from Monumento Circle and a few minutes away from other landmarks.
There is a limited PAY PARKING space available in the property, operated on a "first come, first serve" basis. Below are the parking rates:
P50 for the first 3hrs (6:00am - 9:59pm)
P20 per succeeding hours
P250 overnight rate (10:00pm - 5:59am)
Kindly note that the overnight rate is charged on top of the day time hourly rates.
Parking fees shall be paid at the lobby via Gcash Bills Payment to DMCI.

We can help check the availability for you and have it reserved. Once booked, payment for the entire duration of stay has to be sent in advance via Gcash, directly to the owner of the parking space.
