Spotless and clean room, the view is nice and also appreciated the location of the room will check back sometime soon!

Stayed Mar 10-18 2024, appreciated early chek-in and late check-out. Unit 18H is on the 18th floor with balcony, oriented Southwest. New AC works silently. Even pictures and description might suggest a 1BR apartment it should rather be described as studio, i.e. a „one-room-unit“ comprising kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping area and bathroom. There is a locked double-connecting door to an adjacent room. Kitchen equipment is sufficient, but there is no toaster. The sink in the bathroom had been glogged and could not be used despite several repair attempts. Shower water was just lukewarm. The roll-up curtains are not really effective for preventing disturbing light from neighbouring high-rise construction sites. Cleanliness had not been perfekt – I did myself some dust wiping. Fortunately, there are quite good cleaning tools in the condo.Having said this, the condo is still nice and useable, but would need some rufurbishment and repair: eg, loose or broken tiles, unglogg the sink, etc.
