This first floor luxury 3 BR Isle of Palms oceanfront condo is just steps to the ocean. With direct access to the beach directly from your balcony, experience some of South Carolina's most pristine beach. The building itself is located right next door to The Windjammer, a restaurant / bar that also serves as a live music venue with both indoor and outdoor performances. Enjoy front row seats to the the live music from your balcony. Walking distance to all of the most popular shops Views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Open concept kitchen, dining room, living room with sliding door onto the balcony. Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a sliding door onto the balcony. 2nd Bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. 3rd Bedroom has 2 full beds (full size bunk bed).

Isle of Palms has been a beach vacation destination since 1906. It is a small private island with no high rise hotels approximately 12 miles from Charleston. It can be described as having plenty to do without being touristy. There are quaint shops and restaurants and relaxing yet fun things to do on the island including water sports, fishing, and golf.
The Windjammer bar has bands and night life. Coda del Pesce, ACME LowCountry Kitchen, Islander 71, The Boathouse at Breach Inlet, Lawrence's Seafood, Coconut Joe's, Papi's, The Dinghy, Smugglers, and IOPizza are great restaurants nearby.
