✅ - with regards sa pagresponse, mabilis naman po magrespond. So in case of sudden issues, natatanong po namin agad - marami pong space sa bahay at mga extrang foam. saktong sakto po sa malaking pamilya like us - Dumating kami na may drinking water na readily available which is great - meron ding katol na readily available pagdating namin (pero samahan po sana ng stand) ❌ - Meron pong mga ipis sa bahay. - Ung mga basura po na naiwan sa labas especially mga bote ng alak, it’s better if wala doon pagdating ng mga bagong tennats. Cleanliness po kasi ang unang tinitignan syempre - Ung mga extrang kumot, unan, comforters po ay madumi. If iiwan po sa bahay, it should be clean. Kung madumi po ay huwag na lang ipakita sa tennants. - provide a better instruction sa pag-check - Provide an emergency light or even just a flashlight that can be easily located in case of blackout - Ung mga heater and some faucets po ay hindi gumagana

The place was very nice.. Design & house decor helped us feel more than homey.. Complete utensils and complementaries.. The veranda was a great place to chat with companions.. Kitchen was spacious and so is the dinning.. Lots of beds & matresses w/ T&B per floor.. Water was a bit low for me on the 3rd floor, but if you're a resourceful person, this is no problem w/u..You can place the shower head on the bucket and turn it on, you can have a warm bath via 'tabo'.. There are steep places, well becoz it is Bagiuo.. If its ur first time in Baguio, this may appear inconvenient & scary, but be calm, this is normal.. There are many places u can book inside Baguio but if your having a vacation as a group 16-20s, and looking for a cheap & customer friendly venue, I would recommend this place for its cons did not ruin it for me.. ☺🙏 Thank u to our host..
