we really loved staying at James place, they all communicated very well and it had so many things near by!
The communication with Christie was great— she was quick, effective and supportive when we had troubles with the locks to get into the place. Location was great for what we wanted to do in Buffalo! The place had what we needed for the weekend. The two king beds were an awesome touch to the stay as this is what we were looking for. We did notice that under the beds were not cleaned as we found a child’s pair of pants and dusty under the other. For the cleaning fee you pay with this stay, it should be cleaned top to bottom not just what you see. Overall, we were happy with it and Christie was helpful to our families!
