Retreat to this spacious and stylish getaway just minutes from downtown Edmonds and Lynnwood Center! Private entrance and gated backyard give you privacy and room to stretch, with scenic Ballinger park a couple minutes drive away. Spacious kitchenette includes a full fridge, toaster oven, and 2 burner counter cooktop. Backyard is beautifully lit at night, making the evening hours a magical experience. The suite is a spacious open concept, with the living, dining, and kitchenette area connection in a singular large space.

We enjoyed staying at David's place. The neighborhood is away from busy streets and very quiet. The whole apartment s spacious and comfortable. It was nice not to have to worry about finding a parking spot. Mountlake Terrace is away from the big-city bustle, and yet easy to get to Seattle in a short time.

I had a very good stay at this guest space. It was a lot bigger than I originally thought and everything was so clean! The bed was very comfortable and got some amazing rest! Amazing host and will definitely book this place again when/if I’m in the area!!
David as his wife are the most hospital hosts I’ve ever had staying with air bb. They were kind and friendly and the rental is the cleanest and nicest of any I’ve ever stayed in. I will be staying here every visit back to the Seattle area and thankful for that as I never have to hunt for a place haha .
