Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This room is located on the 4th floor and the bathroom and kitchen are shared. This is a private room with a locked door. We have a guest house with several rooms that we offer to guest. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. We have daily service to clean the bathrooms.

Todo muy bien! María muy amable, y atenta. El espacio estaba limpio y los otros Guest eran muy tranquilos. Lo recomiendo como hostel. Esta muy cerca del subway y de la 5ta avenida donde pasa un bus. Lo recomiendo
David and Maria were great hosts! Flexible, responsive, helpful. The place is clean and well located, although small and the bathroom is outside of the room, which was previously described. You got what you pay for, so overall the place is very good, considering the price and location.

Located on a quiet tree lined street 20 Minutes from midtown Manhattan. Close to all shopping and many restaurants.
Number 2 and 3 Subways are a 7 minute walk away at 125th Street. Street parking is very difficult. Leave your car at home if possible.
