It's good place to stay nice, clean and friendly. Located in a good area. The metro station is less than 3 min walking. Constance is very friendly and helpful. There was breakfast included. I will defiantly come back again soon

Worked for me! Close to the subway and Constance was very pleasant. We had a fruit and cheese platter in our room, queen aerobed, and my friend had a bagel for breakfast

Constance was a wonderful host. Her place is comfortable, well decorated and extremely clean. She was accommodating and communicative. She even provided me with snacks in the refrigerator. I really enjoyed my stay!

Desde mi llegada a NY estuvimos en contacto con Constance y su hermana Jill todo el tiempo a través de SMS. Las direcciones para llegar a su casa desde PENN Station (que fue mi punto de llegada a NY) a través del metro eran muy precisas. Cuando llegué Jill me estaba esperando, me mostró mi cuarto, el baño y me explicó las reglas de la casa. El cuarto tenía aire acondicionado y el mismo estaba encendido cuando llegué, así que la temperatura era muy agradable. Constance llegó más tarde y se mostró muy amable conmigo, parecía realmente feliz de recibirme. Me comentó que disfrutaba el hecho de recibir gente de todo el mundo en su casa. Todo estaba muy limpio y todas las mañanas tenía mi desayuno listo en mi cuarto. En suma, una muy buena experiencia.

The host was very nice and welcoming. However, the room was a bit small and the bathroom was outside of it. Otherwise, everything was fine.
