This is a beachfront Guests Only Club for The Garrett Group. This is a two story home with staff living onsite. This room is located on the second floor with safe and lock on the bedroom. The second floor has a shared living space, table/chairs for working or eating, tv and great wifi. This is a gated home and beachfront. You are walking distance to town, easy walk to the bus stop or for taxis. We have beach towels, beach chairs for us. This is a very family friendly home. This is a double bed/matrimonial for two people. No more than 1-2 people are accepted. This is a gated beachfront 80 year old home with charm and character of Costa Rica. The room as a ceiling fan and we also offer a portable fan. The breeze from the Ocean is delightful and sometime cool at night. There are windows with screens and the room overlooks the beach. It is close to the community beach park and can be noisy at night with people talking or singing. There is staff living on the same floor and they are lovely. They will help you with whatever questions you may have. You have wifi through out the entire home and you can enjoy the shared spaces. We have beach towels and chairs to use at no charge.

The Garrett Club surpassed my expectations. Nercy, Rebeca, and Natalia are true gems. Take some time to get to know them. They made me feel like a guest of honor. Be ready for an early start with the wonderful birds to kick your day. You are a few steps away from a beautiful, clean beach. With luck you can find a Tico dog to walk with you the 3 km walk along the beach. If coming from San Jose, take the Pulmitan Liberia bus to Playa de Cocos which leaves you a 7 min walk to The Garrett Club. Love the smell of ripe mango in the garden and the beautiful ocean view from the upper terrace. Highly recommend this place. Nercy is a trusted soul.
El alojamiento fue una delicia. Está situado literalmente al lado de la playa. Nercy y sus hijas fueron muy amables y acogedoras. Volveríamos sin duda!!!
Ottima esperienza presso l'alloggio. L'accoglienza di Nancy è incredibile. Gentilissima, accogliente, calorosa. È stata fantastica! L'alloggio era in posizione super centrale, tutto si raggiunge a piedi, supermercati, ristoranti. La spiaggia era a due passi e l'alloggio è super bello e corrispondente alle foto. Possibilità di riposare sulle amache negli spazi comuni, iguana che ti vengono a trovare a colazione. Unici appunti da far notare, il bagno e la doccia sono al piano inferiore rispetto alle stanze, la cucina e l'intera struttura "chiudono" a chiave alle 23. Da quel momento in poi se ti sei dimenticato l'acqua in frigo devi svegliare l'host, oppure se vuoi uscire a fare una passeggiata devi farti aprire. Lei è disponibilissima a farlo però la cosa è piuttosto scomoda perche si avverte un poco di mancanza di libertà come esperienza AirBnb. Per il resto tutto ok, si avverte ovviamente un certo senso di sicurezza.

Sara and her mom are the bomb. Extremely friendly and helpful. Not having A/C in coco is difficult because it is hot.
