Lovely flat very light and spacious. Marianne was super communicative A bit loud at night as on the street but isn’t so bad :)
Very well appointed flat in central Exeter with added bonus of parking space. Highly recommended

Situated in the very centre of Exeter (just 2 mins walk from John Lewis) this flat is the perfect base for rest and relaxation in the area. One Parking spot is provided with a public car park nearby for extra cars.
Exeter has a lovely town centre with cafes and shops a mere 5 min walk, and the Cathedral and canal maybe a 15min walk, beautiful country walk right behind the flat too. About 20 drive to Exmouth for the beach. The Old Fire House pub on New North Road is wonderful; all fairy lights, amazing pizza and the inspiration for Harry Potter's The Leaky Cauldron
Please note that the car park, for which each flat has ONE specified space (on card in the flat) is accesses via 48 New North Road. To gain access, you will need to have collected your keys from the flat key safe. The grey fob opens the car park gate, the blue fob the front and back doors to 23OnLongbrook
