A very unique property! The primary bedroom has a California king with en suite bathroom. Washer and dryer are in the primary bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a half bathroom just out in the hall. The sleeper sofa folds out into a queen sized bed in the living room/kitchen. There is also a twin sized trundle bed and a giant bean bag that can be opened up into a bed. Guest house has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom.
