Pros: brand new neighborhood with a nice walkable water trail. The location was convenient to visiting, and Ubers found it easily. There was plenty of space. The host was very flexible about us checking in early, and allowed us to check out at 11am instead of 10, which was very much appreciated. Cons: the front door keypad didn’t work properly, so we had to exit and enter through the garage. Although the floors and counters were clean, the sponges in the kitchen sink were dirty and stained, the only kitchen towel provided was dirty and had a large hole in it, the kitchen utensils were dirty and some were melted. Some of the fabric chairs on the living area floor were stained, and the bathroom floor towels were dirty or had stains on them. Lastly, the televisions had a bad connection to the internet (although the connection was fine with our phones) and was constantly buffering. Overall, we were satisfied with the location, but I probably wouldn’t do a repeat stay.

The place was beautiful! It had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and would most definitely rent it again. The location was great. It was near highway andvin a newly builtsubdivision. My only thing was prior to booking I wasn't able to reach host for pre booking questions via the Airbnb app, and there weren't any extra blankets or towels available at the place. We did not go thru the trouble of requesting any. We did fine without that. Messaging the host and get the response needed via the Airbnb app was not an option. I would have preferred to do it that way.
