For nature enthusiasts, the River Ant (4 miles) has numerous water-based activities to enjoy and friendly pubs to visit, and Bacton Woods are only 3 miles away. Wroxham, known as 'the gateway of the Broads', is 11 miles away and here you can hire a day boat to explore the miles upon miles of scenic waterways.</p> <p>You enter the property via the sunny conservatory.
