PARADISE Paradise is a luxury villa with ultra-modern design, made up of a group of trulli joined by two "lamie", which can accommodate up to 8 people. A large patio, equipped for indoor lunches and dinners, opens onto a panoramic garden with private pool, sun loungers and outdoor shower. The largest "lamia" features a spacious bedroom (40 sqm) with a king size double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bright living area, connected to the veranda, consists of a living room and a very modern full optional kitchen with refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Finally, the second lamia has two single beds and an elegant en-suite bathroom. These two bedrooms ensure complete privacy. The lamie are connected to the trulli through a quaint hallway. The trulli form a single open space, consisting of two sleeping areas with double beds made in exclusive stone alcoves, a bathroom in one of the cones and a living area with historic exposed beams in the center of the dome. Each of the three bathrooms has a washbasin, toilet, large shower stall, hairdryer, and courtesy set. Each guest will have a set of towels of various sizes, pillows, high-quality sheets, and pool towels. The place has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. MASTER The Master Villa is also composed of a group of trulli and two "amie", but separated by independent entrances. A tree-lined driveway leads to the second private pool, with sun loungers and lounge under a gazebo. The interior design of this charming structure refers to the Apulian tradition and is furnished with unique furniture, designed exclusively for this home. Lunch on the large covered terrace you can admire a beautiful panoramic view. The trulli area is characterized entirely by local stone walls that make these rooms very cool. This area consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The elegantly furnished second bedroom features a fireplace ,a TV, and 2 single beds inside a characteristic stone alcove. The dining room can accommodate all guests thanks to a table for 10 people and overlooks a covered veranda, with table and armchairs. The first bathroom, entirely made of stone ,has a toilet, bidet, sink, bathtub and courtesy set. While the second bathroom is for service with washbasin, bidet and toilet. Finally, the characteristic kitchen is full optional with a refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The "green lamia" consists of two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds) , a full bathroom and a living area with sofa,table and kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils. The spacious double bedroom is furnished with an imposing wooden headboard on the sides of two closets. The ensuite bathroom consists of shower stall,toilet, washbasin and courtesy set. Outside there is an elegant veranda with table and seating. The second "lamia" suite is a large open space with a double bedroom, a double bedroom, a full bathroom, a full en-suite bathroom, and a living area. The bright living area has a sofa, table, TV, fireplace and small open kitchen with all amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.. From the living area there is access to its veranda with table , comfortable seating and wicker loungers. These two independent "lamie "(typical Apulian buildings) guarantee complete privacy.
