Chris has done a great job of setting this place up for an easy and nice quite stay. It is great for fisherman who are fishing tournaments on Greers Ferry. Plenty of room for parking, easy to get in and get out, and especially backing in a boat and not having to unhook it. It is in a great location close to several different ramps that tournaments go out of. For sure is a great place to stay for anything you are doing in the area.

This is a perfect fisherman’s getaway. It accommodates boats very well. If you’re a tournament fisherman, this place is perfect. Very clean, plenty of room and feels like home. Only minutes from the Lake!! Chris is great host! You won’t be disappointed!

Chris's place perfectly matched the description and photos. It's a nice relaxing area, with plenty of yard and friendly neighbors. It was just 3 of us and our dog, but with 4 beds and the large sectional, you could comfortably fit the 8 people allowed. No complaints about the beds we used. We were there for the eclipse, but this seems like a great place if you're there for the lake. The driveway was plenty big for pulling in a boat, RV, or other toys. Docks, ramps, boat rentals, and convenience stores were all nearby. Basics were provided (soap, towels, dishes, paper products), including a Keurig and some kcups, which were much appreciated. If you want to relax in the yard, bring some lawn or camp chairs; there was plenty of space, but not much provided aside from the grill. The only issue we ran into during our stay was a minor one with the shower valve, which we didn't bother bringing up during our short stay. I'm sure it's an easy fix that will be resolved quickly.
