Richard was a great host. went above and beyond to provide an extra thick mattress and topper for a guest with a bad back. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Richard and his wife are indeed super hosts. From the moment we booked our stay Richard sent us a warm welcome note which set us up nicely for our upcoming trip. As soon as we arrived, Richard and his wife were there to greet us and after a 10/15 minute chat, showed us around our accommodation. We stayed in Oak Lodge which had the most amazing views onto the hillside. It was very clean and tidy.... well, spotless really ! The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was far enough away from the town centre but close enough for a nice walk which we did every day of our stay. We wish we could have stayed for longer and will absolutely be heading back there sooner rather then later. Thank you so much for an amazing stay at Haye Farm !!

Great place. Fantastic views, clean, quality accommodation. Walk to Lymie along the river is great.
