It’s really a great place to stay if someone is planning for a memorable trip to Niagara Falls. Place to close to 20 miles from the Niagara Falls and the drive from this place to Niagara Falls is a beautiful scenic drive. Since Buffalo airport is close by, we need not to worry about late check in due to flight delay which happened to me. Lots of restaurants are closer to this place. Coffee lovers enjoy this place since Starbucks is .5 miles away. Overall great place to stay and I recommend this place.

This stay was a large peaceful double unit house. The place was clean, only a 20 minute drive to anywhere in Buffalo and was perfect for our three person stay! I will say the units share a living room wall so if either party is not respectful or if you happen to fall asleep on the sofa 🤣 you will surely hear the second units tv or music. This didn’t bother us as we also watched tv which was loud enough to drown them out. The hosts are great, the place is cute peaceful and convenient + is a great rate! Thetr are also tons of resultants and cool thrifts stores near by! Over all we would stay again!

Joseph's place was clean, great location and modern. We always appreciate when the host cares about their guests. And Joseph is one of them. Place was clean, had nice furniture, plenty of towels and comfy beds. Nice shower with everything you need. We stayed in another Airbnb before Joseph's place - and it was a disaster! When we got at Joseph's place, we had such a great surprise! Everything we need and more! Location is great near Transit rd. Near airport. Near everything we need it! We are a family of 4, with 2 boys, and they love the board games. Oh! And the decoration! All Buffalo! Go Bills! We used to live in the area, and location is super safe. We are planning to come back soon, and this time stay longer. Thank you, Joseph and his team, also for allowing us to check out later at evening, our flight was at 8 pm. We will def be back and hope to stay in our place again! :)
