My friends and I were in town for a volleyball tournament and had a five-star experience staying at Ryker’s place! The house is exactly as shown in photos - high ceilings and group-friendly interior. Ryker and Moshin themselves were also very communicative and super informative. The location is very much in-a-neighborhood, but it’s close to a CVS, Starbucks, and many, many food options. The interior is very clean and well kept, and even the backyard is nice. My only two complaints (in an ocean of compliments) are that the closets of the rooms are not well cleaned - a lot of dust and even pieces of trash; also it was unclear to us that the metal gate did not have a physical key and yet was lockable behind you. All in all, though, absolutely would stay here again!
