David and Margaret's place offers great value for the location and space. I spent a month here, and enjoyed the proximity to Manhattan via one stop on the 7 train (especially with the station less than a block away from the apartment), as well as easy access to the rest of Queens and Manhattan as well. The apartment was as described and seen in the photos. Quite spacious for the location and price, and no complaints. David and Margaret were always immediately available and responsive via text or Airbnb message. I also appreciated the full size washer/dryer in the basement accessible to guests. Would stay again!

David Place, or WFH Bright Zen Artist Loft, is a great place to stay. Located on the 1st floor with easy stairs to climb, you will arrive in a spacious, high-ceiling, quiet, and artistic one-bedroom apartment. You will also find various nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance, including supermarkets and drugstores (CVS). The area is super safe as it is located in the surrounding police station (108th precinct). Located just 50 meters from Vernon Blvd-Jackson Ave subway station (7 trains), it will bring you in just 15 minutes to Times Square in Manhattan. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist top, gute Anbindung und nah am East River. Margaret und David waren immer für Fragen zu erreichen und sehr nett. Auch für einen langen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung super geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Having never been to Long Island City before, my wife and I werent sure what to expect but this property and it's prime location made us fall in love with the neighborhood! The hosts were great and very responsive to our needs throughout our 7 week stay. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a convenient near waterfront property with access to Manhattan There are a ton of great restaurants in the neighborhood and we loved exploring the area based on recommendations given by David and Margaret. The area was also very safe and walkable.

This is definitely the best place to stay in New York. I lived here for a month and I’m very sad that I had to leave today. You feel home from the first second. Everything is well prepared for having a good time. Margaret and David took care of me, informed about constructions on Subway, recommended best places to eat or exhibitions around… subway is close, 1 minute and just one stop to grand central. The NY Ferry Station is close too. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets around. You don’t miss anything. I hope to come back one day! Thanks a lot!
