Thank you, Jaime & Josh for making our 2024 eclipse stay so memorable, complete with roosters crowing in the background! Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and very responsive when we had difficulty opening the property gate. The renovated barn space was private, clean, and beautifully decorated on the second floor with parking on the first floor in the same building. Convenient for unloading if it rains. Jaime & Josh excel in the special touches like fresh farm eggs & a few essentials in the fridge, and even kindly provided eclipse glasses, in case we forgot ours. As first-time hosts, Jaime & Josh were eager to make sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Their place was such a lovely setting for observing the eclipse, with shade trees, a pond, and lots of wild bird activity, in addition to the free-range chickens they keep on the farm. I highly recommend their place if you're in the Carbondale area. Close to all the amenities and parks, but in a peaceful country setting.
