The heart of this character home is the dual aspect country kitchen. Fresh and modern, it offers everything you could need and more in a practical well-equipped kitchen. With large fridge freezer, double oven and electric hob plus spacious dining table. There's even a wood burning stove sitting in the traditional hearth to give the room that extra cosy feel. Across the hall the sitting room has a relaxed feel with simple yet stylish décor and an ornamental Victorian fireplace. It is the perfect place to unwind perhaps reading a book, playing games or watching television. There's also underfloor heating and a handy ground floor cloakroom to keep everyone feeling really relaxed. On the first floor you can literally lie in bed and gaze out to sea from all bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms have a double and bunk-beds, all with quality linens and well placed furnishings. The modern family bathroom has a bath with rainfall shower over. Outside the garden is enclosed (shared with the neighbouring cottage), and safe for children to play. There's a lawn plus a patio with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy dining alfresco when the weather allows, whilst gazing out to sea or up at the mountain backdrop.
