As soon as you step inside the underfloor heating with traditional slate tiles will instantly make you feel cosy and at home. With so much attention to detail throughout the house, there's a well-equipped kitchen with a range-style cooker and large fridge / freezer - perfect when cooking for numbers. Also in the spacious dual aspect kitchen you'll find a convenient island unit and a large wooden dining table so you can all gather round for meals and celebrations. With a nod to the origins of the farmhouse you'll find charming original features like an old bread oven and Victorian fireplace here too. The huge inglenook fireplace in the sitting room is home to an efficient modern wood burning stove, and there's plenty of comfy seating here to relax and socialise. With a second snug room complete with sofa and television, Hen-Dy makes a great multi-generational destination too. On the first floor you will find four elegant yet understated bedrooms, the master of which has an en-suite shower room and king-size bed. There's also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, so plenty of flexibility to choose from. A family bathroom includes bath and separate shower cubicle, and there's also a further cloakroom on the ground floor. Outside the garden is enclosed (shared with the neighbouring cottage), and safe for children to play. There's a lawn plus a patio with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy dining alfresco when the weather allows, whilst gazing out to sea or up at the mountain backdrop. The location of Hen-Dy really is very special. Additional Information One well-behaved dog welcome - dogs must be kept on a lead in the garden areas at all times due to the livestock in the adjacent fields. Five and six night breaks available on request. The garden and driveway is shared with the neighbouring property. A cot is provided, please bring your own bedding.
