A cancellation fee of $100 applies to all bookings, regardless of when the booking is cancelled. ✹ Please contact us about third-party booking, such as corporate or work bookings, or longer stays. Longer stays can be accommodated, however, a new booking must be scheduled, and a new rental agreement must be signed for each 28-day period. ✹ The booking guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement and upload a copy of their driver’s license or government-issued ID upon completion of the booking. Failure to adhere to these steps will mean you will delay the issuance of check-in instructions. ✹ Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Please contact us if you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out. We will do our best to accommodate you. ✹ Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $25 per 30-minute increments past the check-out time. Our cleaners are on tight schedules. ✹ Quiet hours operate between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors, you are a guest in their community. No loud music, please keep the music to a minimum level. ✹ No candles or open flames/fire inside or outside the house. No fireworks. ✹ There are 3 front exterior cameras and 2 rear exterior cameras. Cameras are not to be tampered with. ✹ No parties or events are permitted. ✹ No smoking/illegal drug use in the house or anywhere on the property. Vaping is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.
