We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to our newly constructed and lavish 6-bedroom residence featuring a spacious garden. Nestled amidst breath-taking scenery, our property offers a serene haven for relaxation, ideal for gatherings with friends, family, or even work colleagues. Nestled in a tranquil setting just beyond London, our property offers seamless access to Central London, with the underground station conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away. This combination of peaceful surroundings and proximity to the heart of the city makes our stylish accommodation an excellent choice for group trips. Spanning across two floors, our house offers the option for a completely private upstairs area. This dedicated space includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, open-plan kitchen and living room offering a captivating view of beautiful scenery, equipped with a sofa bed. The entire ground floor is embellished with exquisite tiles and features underfloor heating, establishing a comfortable, chic, and warm ambiance. This floor comprises four bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. Additionally, there is one family bathroom and a separate toilet. The open-plan living room and kitchen provide a seamless view of the breath-taking scenery and a beautiful garden. The 4 ground floor bedrooms comfortably sleeps up to 16 people, with the following sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds 1 king-size bed 4 single day-beds with a pull-out option accommodating 2 people each 2 additional single sofa beds in the living room 4 folding bed

My family and I stayed at this luxury accommodation on our visit to London. We loved the property because it is modern, clean, peaceful and in a nice location. The host was proactive, very friendly and kind. It is a new home and everything looks amazing and relaxing. We were provided with all we needed for our stay and they ensured we felt at home. This is a property that anyone would love as we had no complaints at all. We called host a few times to enquire about how to reduce the heating, or for extra beddings and they were super fast to respond. We would love to visit again whenever we are back in the UK.
We absolutely loved the place! It was spacious, modern, clean, and very well equipped, conveniently located within walking distance to all Barnet underground attractions and the High Barnet shopping center. Sina warmly welcomed us, even accommodating our early arrival by personally showing us around the house. When we encountered difficulty with an appliance, he promptly offered assistance within an hour. He even provided a welcome arrival basket—truly the best host ever! The house situated on a very quiet residential street, free from any traffic, with numerous local restaurants and pubs just down the street, making it perfect for our family gathering. We will definitely be back!
We stayed here a week, for our group of 8 adults it was an exceptional, modern and well-located house. Close to underground links and in a quiet road. The house was very clean, had a very contemporary layout, heated marble floors, marble walls, lots of parking space. The house is high up and when looking out of the living room can see all of London..Very nice at night I have to say! The garden has a modern seating area with waterfalls, was so nice that we spent a lot of time outside even though it was cold. All the kitchen facilities you could need, can’t complain about anything. We were sorry to leave! Will certainly be booking this place again every time we are in London. Thanks Bahram!
